Whats In The Box?


Glad you asked! You can expect 8-10kgs of premium, natural lamb, in assorted vacuum packed cuts. A typical box will comprise of: - leg roasts - cutlets, - loin chops - mince or sausages, - diced lamb, - lamb shanks, - shoulder racks, and - lamb ribs. This may vary from month to month to give you a variety but we will always select the best cuts from each lamb to suit as seasons change ensuring the best taste and tenderness for our customers.




How Long Does The Meat Keep?


In your fridge:
Up to two weeks.
Please note: after a few days in the fridge the meat can have a smell when removing the packaging. This is normal and does not mean that the lamb is off. Simply leave it for 5-10 minutes out of the packaging and the smell will be gone. It does not affect the taste.
In your freezer:
Up to 12 months, depending on the cut Contact us for more info




Why Does The Weight Vary From Month To Month?


Our lamb is a natural, seasonal product. The weight of the meat in our lamb box is dependant on many aspects, including the age of the lamb and the seasonal differences in feed, which is why it may vary. You can however be assured that we have selected the best cuts for our box.
