You can expect 8-10kgs of premium, natural lamb, in assorted vacuum packed cuts.
A typical box will comprise of:
- leg roasts
- cutlets,
- loin chops
- mince or sausages,
- diced lamb,
- lamb shanks,
- shoulder racks, and
- lamb ribs.
This may vary from month to month to give you a variety but we will always select the best cuts from each lamb to suit as seasons change ensuring the best taste and tenderness for our customers.
In your fridge: Up to two weeks. Please note: after a few days in the fridge the meat can have a smell when removing the packaging. This is normal and does not mean that the lamb is off. Simply leave it for 5-10 minutes out of the packaging and the smell will be gone. It does not affect the taste.
In your freezer: Up to 12 months, depending on the cut
